TechJackpot — Talent meets opportunity
PRIVACY & CANDIDATE DATA

Your information matters.

How information submitted to TechJackpot is handled.

Information you choose to share

The talent-network form collects your name, email, location, experience, skills, professional links, résumé, work preferences, availability, work-location eligibility, introduction, and consent. The contact form collects your name, email, company if provided, and message.

Why we use it

TechJackpot uses this information to review your experience, maintain a candidate profile, identify potentially relevant opportunities, contact you about them, and respond to inquiries. Joining does not guarantee an interview or placement.

Access and service providers

Candidate records and résumés are intended for authorized TechJackpot team members. The website uses hosting, database, private file storage, email delivery, and anti-spam service providers to operate these features. Before sharing a résumé with an employer, TechJackpot will discuss the opportunity with you.

Security and anti-spam

Résumés are stored in private storage. Staff access requires authentication, and résumé download links expire. Forms use spam protection, which may process technical information such as IP address and browser signals.

Keeping your information current

You can request access, correction, or removal of your profile, withdraw your consent to future recruiting contact, or ask about retention. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which you provided it and any applicable obligations.

Contact about your data

Email contact@gettechjackpot.com with a privacy request. Please don’t send identity documents or other sensitive identifiers unless a secure verification process has been agreed.

Cookies and profile enrichment

This version does not use advertising cookies or automated résumé enrichment. Staff sign-in uses session storage in the staff browser. Any future material changes to data use will be reflected in this notice.
